Ordering
Q. Does ProCare Software Online Ordering accept phone, fax, email or regular mail orders?

A. Although we do accept orders by phone or fax, prices shown online apply only to orders that are placed online.

Q. I didn't see an order confirmation page. Was my order submitted successfully?

A. If you didn't see an order confirmation page even though you clicked the last submit button, our server probably still received your order. This happens when communication back to your computer is interrupted following your order submission. You may wish to contact us at 1-800-338-3884 to make sure your order was received.

Q. I think I may have inadvertently placed a duplicate order. What should I do now?

A. Call us at 1-800-338-3884. We can void the order for you as long as it has not yet been invoiced or shipped.

Q. Can I add, change, or remove items from my order after it has been submitted?

A. No. Once an order is submitted and entered the processing stage, items cannot be added or deleted. Once any item from an order is shipped, the order cannot be voided.

Q. How long does it generally take to process an order?

A. It can take up to five (5) business days for us to process an order (prior to shipping it). Updates however may take up to two (2) weeks to process including shipping.

Q. Does ProCare Software Online Ordering sell or release my personal information?

A. ProCare Software Online Ordering respects your privacy. We will not under any circumstances sell or release your information to anyone without your consent. Please see our Terms of Use / Privacy Policy for additional details.

Q. How do I use the ProCare Software Online Ordering shopping cart?

A. Follow these steps to use the shopping cart:

  •     1. From this Frequent Questions page, click Cart / Checkout (top right).
  •     2. To add items to your cart, click Continue Shopping.
  •     3. Select an item from the Products list (left side).
  •     4. To order an item, click Add To Cart.
  •     5. To review your order, click Cart / Checkout again (top right).
  •     6. Click Checkout and follow the on screen instructions.

Q. How do I remove an item from my cart?

A. Click View Cart (top right) then click "Delete" next to the item you wish to remove.

Q. May I logout and complete my order later?

A. Yes, when you logout, any items already in your cart are saved, however credit card information is never saved. The next time you log in you may complete your order by clicking View Cart (top right), then choose Checkout and follow the on screen instructions.

Q. Why was my credit/debit card declined when I know for certain that I have funds available?

A. A card can be decline due to an incorrectly entered card number or expiration date, a daily limit, insufficient credit or other reasons. Contact your credit card company for more information.

Q. Does ProCare Software Online Ordering know specifically why my credit/debit card was declined?

A. Our system charges your credit card automatically. We are not given a reason for any decline beyond what we display to you. Please verify that you've given us the correct credit card number and expiration date. If you've already done so, please contact your credit card company for more information.
